• I am responsible for installation, testing, commissioning and operation maintenance process instrument system, to the carry out instrument activity as per company standard and procedure. • Familiar with industrial standard working procedure electrical lock-out and Tag out procedure and PTW procedure. • Good knowledge in Instrument related drawing lay out schematic power and inter connection drawings. • Reading and understanding of various drawings such as Instrument Loop Drawings, Piping and instrument diagram, logic diagram, cable schedules etc. • Safe works practice in hazardous area. • To carry out all process instrument Calibrations, installation, loop checking, functional check , commissioning & start up activities. • Checking of all instrument and control cables. • Calibration of various types of instrument transmitters &equipment’s. • Preparation of manpower / equipment mobilization plant, allocation of material consumable and other resources. • Calibration, loop checking and commissioning of various field instruments used for measuring and controlling pressure, temperature, flow, level etc. Analog or Honeywell / Rosemount smart transmitters, switches, pressure gauges, Interface type level transmitters, radar type level transmitters, level gauges, solenoid valves, regulators, I/P converters, positioners , thermocouples, RTD’s , temperature transmitters etc. • I have done calibration of control valves, bench set of control valves, setting of spring tension, lapping of seat and plug, adjusting of stem, maintenance and overhauling of control valves, and trouble shooting. • Expertise in handling the test equipments such as druck calibrator, MA source, decade box, temperature calibrators and Rosemount communicator’s etc. • Experience in calibration, configuration & troubleshooting of instruments such as Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Flow transmitter type DP, ultrasonic, magnetic, vertex. Level transmitter type DP, Displacer, Radar & Ultrasonic level transmitters. • Supporting with package vendor like compressor, boiler, desalination, polishing etc. Performing of so many activities as loop test, function test, logic sequence checking calibration of package instrument, start up, pre commissioning and commissioning. • Experience in gap voltage adjustment in Bentley Nevada Vibration Monitoring System. • Carries out in routine preventive maintenance and calibration of field instruments on a regular basis as per the approved schedule for transmitters control valves switches and a variety of other instruments in all process areas. • Ability to read P & I Diagrams, layout drawing, cable connection drawing, Hook-up drawing, instrument Loop drawings, troubleshooting loop drawing, Logic drawing etc. • Knowledge of maintenance, troubleshooting and struck checking of final control element such as control valve both single and double acting linear and rotatory actuator’s, BDV, SDV, SOV & MOV and Mismatch setting of limit switch and calibration and configuration of valve Positioners I/P converter, Leading of team in the field if construction to do so many activities installation of instrument extension, sunshade, impulse line tubing & hydro testing , cable tray, cable pulling, cable dressing, glanding and termination of instrument, JB and Mar selling panel according to drawing. • Monitoring the site HSE activities. • Liaising with client engineer, supervisor and other department. مستوى الخبرة إدارة نوع العمل دوام كامل المستوى التعليمي دبلوم نوع المُعلن رب عمل
