Pastry Chef
Cooks and prepares menu items.
Be able to research new recipes and improvements
Receive orders from front end and prepare orders.
Responsible for proper storage of food items and ingredients
Clean and sanitize kitchen area and equipment.
Keep track of ingredient inventory and what is needed for purchase
Works quickly and accurately during busy periods, such as weekends and evenings
Occasionally takes on extra duties, when the shop is short-staffed or particularly busy
