I have a master of IT and bachelor of computer software. 1 years exprience in muscat and i have an omanian ID card,driver licence and noc. i dont have any problem to renew all of them. 1- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of software, hardware and network issues; such as Mikro Tik problems (routers – switches), wrong networks topology, server problems and data base issues. 2-Manage, support and maintain LAN/MAN/WAN and related equipment; implement network topology based on wireless connectivity and wiring technology for network. 3- Fix computer networking issues according to Cisco standards (CCNP and CCNA) and Microsoft standards (MCP and MCITP Enterprise Administrator). 4- Provide first-tier support and troubleshooting for technology products and applications such as Matlab, C#, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL server and Cisco packet software program. 5- Perform physical setup of desktop hardware and software such as printers, scanner, PCs, laptops and Point of Sale (POS) terminals. Fix hardware bugs such as repairing optical drives, hard drives, main boards, power supplies, and main board chipsets. 6- Monitor, support, implement and update the company's data center and security networks such as CCTV cameras, Time Attendance and Access Control Terminal. 7- Optimize network performance through regular hardware and software updates. 8- Write and maintain network security policies and compliance monitoring. 9- Monitor, support, implement and update the IT rack, cabling, networks router, networks switch, networks interface cards. 10- Organize, collaborate, and monitor teams to create and update LAN and WAN topology networks to improve quality. 11- Provide software support services for Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop and train the staff on network safety and information security.
